PM 2-8-0 #508 at Detroit, Michigan in September, 1939

At times it seems that the only thing that told you that two classes of 2-8-0 on the PM belonged to the same railroad was the lettering on the tender. They owned Consolidations of just about every conceivable size, which they assigned as-needed. In the middle of the range was this trim 2-8-0, #508, shown at Detroit in September, 1939.
