PM 0-8-0 #244 at Grand Rapids, Michigan in November, 1937

 

PM Class C-16 0-8-0 #244 was one of fifteen such locomotives that the PM bought from Alco in 1930. On the same order, the C&O purchased 65 similar switchers.

Number 244 is shown here at Grand Rapids, Michigan on November 7, 1937.
