PM mail and baggage car #50, in its builder's photo at Pullman-Standard in 1946
Mail and baggage car #50 and its twin #51 were built by Pullman-Standard in 1946 for the Pere Marquette streamliner. Along with baggage cars #60-61, they were the only streamlined head-end equipment owned by the Pere Marquette.
During the late 1950s, #50 and #51 lost their skirting and their fluting. They served the Pere Marquette and the C&O until they were retired and scrapped in 1967
