Ex-PM Caboose #950 sitting near the Henry Street overpass in Muskegon, Michigan on the Michigan Shore Railroad in July, 1999.
It was acquired by the Muskegon Railroad Historical Society in the early 1980s and restored. During the early years of the Society, it was stored at the former PM/PRR depot in Muskegon, along with ex-C&O NW2 switcher #5208 and a pair of idler flat cars formerly used by the Grand Trunk Western at their car ferry slip in Muskegon. When the Depot was designated for reuse in the early 1990s and street repairs caused the removal of the track at the Depot, the Society relocated its collection. Parts of the collection ended up in Coopersville, Sparta and Lansing, but A950 stayed in Muskegon and saw occasional use on RailAmerica's Michigan Shore Railroad. It is now owned by Muskegon County and was placed on display back at the former PM/PRR Muskegon depot in early September, 2001.
