PM Caboose #A804, in Kingsville, Ontario, 1998

 

Following its retirement, 1930-built wood caboose #A804 spent many years in southern Ontario, first at Colasanti's Tropical Gardens in Ruthven, then behind the Canadian Legion hall in Kingsville, Ontario across Lansdowne Street from the former PM depot.

In 2004, the caboose met its end when it did not survive the trip to a new home in Wallaceburg. It is shown here as it appeared in 1998.
